Very Unhappy Customer

I am very unhappy with the outcome of my call to chamberlain customer service today. We purchased a chamberlain belt WiFi opener from Lowe’s on 10.05.2017. (#857886). It would not close and we called a garage door service company. They determined a part was faulty and had to be replaces so they called Chamberlain, who sent part to me. They then came back and installed the part. The cost for the two visits was $206.00. I have been denied replacement because I did not call Lowe’s. RIDICULOUS!!
