Very disappointed in Chamberlain

I specifically bought this opener for it's MyQ technology......what a HUGE mistake. The app doesn't work and to add insult to injury I have to purchase the gateway so the home link in my vehicles is compatible. This is the top of the line opener and I'm regretting the purchase..... I basically spent top dollar for what I already had....... btw still waiting by my phone as I write this for technical support to get back to me.
