Where is the verification e-mail? I registered about 30 minutes ago and there has been no verification email sent to me yet. Before you ask, I have checked junk mail. Also, I control the exchange server and there is nothing in the queue. Also there is nothing being quarantined. So where is the verification email so I can complete the configuration of this device?
The install was otherwise effortless, but this automated process has FAILED and should be instant.

Interestingly enough the community login verification worked as expected.

Still no verification e-mail so I called support. The typical - "we changed our system and you may have to wait 2 days for the escalation department to respond to you." Also, "you may have to buy the gateway in order to receive the verification e-mail but we are not sure yet."

I responded as well but the date/time of the registration was approximately 9pm MST Wednesday night 7/8

The issue has been resolved and I have programmed the controller successfully. While I still think this was a pretty ridiculous issue, I have to give KUDOS to you for diligently working through the issue to resolution.

I am having the same issue... I cannot get it to register for gmail, but I can for my work email... I do not want to set my account up on my work email so I deleted it. I cannot setup another account on the gmail side because it says a username all ready exists. I have resent the verification code to my gmail email 10x's and still no success on getting it. It is not in spam or junk mail nothing comes at all... Is there a problem with Gmail? Been on hold for 40 minutes - emailed support and nothing.... I have a case number

Same exact problem. Ive tried with three different emails. 2 Gmail accounts and a webmail account and have yet to receive the email.
