Unable to re-program MyQ

Greetings,

My MyQ unit worked fine for several months.  Recently it 'lost' its connection to my WiFi network.  I ended up resetting the unit, however, when I attempt to add my door sensors it just hangs, looses its WiFi connection again, and I then need to reset it again to re-attach to the WiFi network.  Have tried this several times, same result each time.  

Any ideas?

Have you moved or replaced your wifi router recently?  It sounds to me like you may have signal strength issues.  If you have a smart phone, there are wifi analyser apps available that can tell you how strong the wifi signal is at your MyQ hub.

dbexternal, I've just learned that the MyQ system had a service disruption yesterday, April 15, 2018, from about 10:50 am to 12: 10 pm CDT. This may be the reason why your MyQ device has lost its connection to your Wi-Fi network. If you haven't already called our tech support team, we recommend you reset the unit again.  Let us know of questions, and thanks for your patience.  Chuck
