Unable to add 2nd garage door

When I originally installed MyQ I was able to add both garage doors.  I recently changed my wifi provider.  I was able to install one of my garage doors in places, but when I try to install the 2nd garage door it tells me I have reached the maximum amount of doors and to add an additional hub.  There is only one door on my screen, so I am not sure why it thinks I have two installed.  I have 2 door sensors.  One for each door.  Any tips on how to resolve this?

The tech called and we went through the entire setup procedure.  Both doors added and working.  Now today one of the garage doors is gone and if I attempt to re add the door I get the error message that I have reached the maximum number of doors again.  very confusing!

The question remains, after my previous reset, why did the second door disappear?

Success!  reset and transfer of both doors to the bridge took less than 5 minutes.  here's hoping both doors are there tomorrow!

Robert, are you adding a second door to the system for the first time? Have you changed internet providers? Send whatever information you can so we can diagnose the issue. Thanks and Happy Holidays, Lauren

I’m adding for a second time. I was having issues with the sensors not detecting the correct position (possibly a battery issue). I removed the doors and could add one back in, but get the message that I have reached my limit when trying to add the second one back in. The one door is the only thing that appears. I removed my Nest thermostat in case it was causing issues also. I have not changed ISPs, but a new company bought out my ISP. The rest of the home network is having no problems.

I recently just installed 2 new LiftMasters. I setup the first “place” and add the first garage door opener with no problem. However I am unable to add the second garage door. I put it in learning mode and it hangs at the “waiting for device” stage and eventually reverts back. The only work around I have is to have 2 places and a garage door opener in each one. Any ideas?
