Using the website:
1.Click on the person icon on the right side of the screen near “Welcome, ______(user’s name)”
2.Change the country a country other than US or Canada. (This will not affect the MyQ account)
3.Update the time zone on the account.
Using the MyQ app:
1.Tap the Menu bars in the upper left corner
2.Tap the account on the bottom of the menu (User’s name)
3.Android: Tap the pencil. Apple: Tap Edit Info
4.Change the country a country other than US or Canada. (This will not affect the MyQ account)
5.Update the time zone on the account.
We have resolved the technical issue resulting in error code 000. You will now be allowed to set the correct time zone, as well as enter and save your state of residence and phone number to your MyQ account. Your MyQ app will update automatically, allowing you to enter the correct info.
