This Product has turned to garbage

As I have stated over and over, this product has turned to garbage and I would like to talk to someone at tech support but there is no way and they do not get back to you.  What a waste of money on this product.  It use to work great, now I try to reset it and its telling me I have too may doors, meanwhile I have wiped everything out.

I'm having problems with MyQ as well. It stopped working for no reason. Green and Orange light blinking. I reset the whole unit, synced everything again and it frequently says it can't connect to the HUB through the app. My internet connection is working fine when I have this kind of problems. The product turned out to be unreliable. Is there a way to get my money back?
