Switched routers, now cannot re-setup my chamberlain

I switched routers recently to a d-link router. I am trying to set up the chamberlain garage door opener again, but I keep getting error message 309 "gateway or hub is offline." The previous router worked fine without any problems.  I have already tried a factory reset on the hub.

Andrew - I apologize that you are unable to add the hub to your new router. What are the lights doing on the hub after you go through the Wi-Fi setup?

I'm having the same problem, the light are as follow's: plug it in - after the cycle, blue and green flashes together, press the setup button till only the blue light flashes, at that time pairing up with the iPad (blue light stays on), message pops up - do you want to upload wifi data from/ to (yes). At that time start the program, Which the blue/green lights start flashing (I give up after 10 times, I even remove the device from the account, also, I even removed setting to start all over from the beginning - same results). I did not have any problems setting us the other wi-fi items (some of these items are older than the Myq ( 1 year in use with no problems).

Bob - I apologize that you are having an issue connecting with your new router. The flashing blue and green is an indication that it's not connecting to your router. Here are some things to check for.

Why won't the Wi-Fi Garage Door Opener or MyQ Garage (Wi-Fi Hub) connect to my wireless network?
