Stuck on 'Door Closing'

I just got a WIFI equipped Chamberlain opener yesterday (Sept 7, 2017). My old motor failed but during that time, I was using the MYQ system to operate the opener with my iPhone. The first day, everything was working great. I was getting alerts, I could open and close the door with my phone. All was well. Then, the MYQ App got 'stuck' on Door closing. It has been showing the 'Door Closing' status for over an hour. I can't seem to reset it and as long as that message is showing, I cannot use the phone to operate the door. Nor am I getting alerts when there is activity. I tried re-running the app. I also tried removing the opener from the MYQ app and re-entering it. I even reset the opener in order to reconnect to the router. No luck. The message remains. Any suggestions?

Check if the opener is still connect to your Wi-Fi network.  
On the motor unit, between the Up and Down arrow buttons, the rectangular button will be solid green if Wi-Fi connection to internet.  Blinking green if connected to router, but not internet, blinking blue and green if not connected to router. If blinking blue alone, then needs its Wi-Fi setup.

Also, use your phone up near the opener motor unit and check if you have strong Wi-Fi signal there, two or more Wi-Fi bars on the phone.  Weak or poor Wi-Fi in the garage will cause issues.
