Slow WiFi Notifications

I installed a Chamberlain WiFi enabled garage door opener about a month ago. The first couple of weeks it gave me instant notifications when the door is open and closed.  For about a week now it gives me notification about 10 minutes after the door is open/closed. Any thoughts on how to get them in real-time? Thanks.

I have been having this issue for sometime now too. Why is no one responding to this!? I have the alert set for when garage opens and set to IMMEDIATE notification, but it takes 10 minutes for the push notification to arrive. I can only guess that your fantastic developers for the app have the 'immediate' notification defaulting to 10 minutes. Immediate means within seconds, please fix the code. Getting notification that the garage opened 9 minutes after the person who opened it is standing next to me is worthless.

After using your garage opener for almost 6 months, sometimes I get notifications right away, and sometimes it could take up to 30 minutes for me to get an alert...

I use email notification and normally get them with in seconds.

BTW - I  have not seen a Chamberlain rep on this forum for weeks now.  That's a sign that they are going to shut this down in the near future.  I have had two other product lines that use "Get Satisfaction" for support and both shut down after a period of time with no Customer Support posts.
