I am having  a similar issue. The app stopped updating and now I can't get it to go past adding the serial number. Once I hit submit, it searches but does not do anything but stop at the screen. Then I can't hit the submit button or anything else but the back button.  So I can't get the garage door hub working again. any ideas would be helpful?

Same issue here after upgrading to IOS 11.1.2.  I enter my credentials on the app and click login but nothing happens.

I want to make sure that I update here with my experience. I had tried and tried to get my device to work and could not get it to reconnect to my phone after I uninstalled it.
I tried everything. I had the manual and thought I was following it correctly. I was looking for a yellow light to respond and the test button on the part that is next to the garage door opener and NOT the garage door sensor.
Once I had their support on the line, I figured out what I was doing and was able to connect. The MAIN reason I was not connecting was because the battery in the sensor was dead.
Once I got the battery changed in the sensor, I was able to resrart the wireless device and upse the setupmyqdevice.com website to setup.
The support was great when I called.
The main thing to remember is looking for that yellow light on the sensor, not the main device.
Last thing to remember, is that in reading the manual and support, everything said you are to receive an alert or message when the battery starts running low so that you know it's time to replace it. I never received notice that the battery was getting low.
The ONLY symptoms that I had was that the emails stopped coming and the app did not show the garage door correct time open or closed.
My phone app upgrade and the battery failing were actually a timing coincidence and NOT a failure of the system or the app on the phone.
