server error in '/' application invalid json primitive

have connected my opener to wifi but when trying to connect my phone I get a Server Error in '/' Application. Invalid JSON primitive. how do I fix this

Same problem here, try to configure via a laptop and it gives that error, try to configure via the app on my phone, it just freezes trying to find the opener. Totally useless crap

I got mine to work by just going to MyQ and setting up a new account. My garage door opener showed up by serial number and worked.

Thanks Bob! That worked for me too, third account I've created on this site, running out of email addresses LOL. I created a new account on the web site, and it took my serial number no problem. Once that was set up it appeared on my phone if I logged in with the same account.
