Server error 0000 when trying to pair my app to the hub

I changed my network name and added a WiFi extender. Since that time, the MyQ app has been offline. I am receiving the same server error code 0000, that has plagued quite a few people. I was previously able to connect with no issues. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. I am disabled and unable to get in and out of my car every time I need to open my garage door. My network strength is 4 bars, so my signal is strong.

Hi, did you name your new wireless extender channel differently than your old one? Did you use a password to protect your new extended channel? Also last Fr/Sat the MyQ server was down...it is up now...

Yes, I renamed and added the extender to the newly named network. I have was able to get everything else on the network but the MyQ smart hub.
