Server Error (000) When trying to update timezone in Chamberlain myQ App on Android.

I purchased the Chamberlain CIGCWC Smartphone Connectivity Kit for Chamberlain Garage Door Openers, Includes Internet Gateway and MyQ Multi-Function Wall Control and everything seems to work fine except I cannot change anything in the edit portion, like address, zip code, time zone, it just keeps giving server error (000). Reset Wifi, Good wifi connection, reset hub, added and removed and still getting error. Its annoying to see the time off by an hour. Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind, I figured it out, do a hard reset by pushing a pin in the little hole, unplug it and then plug it back in with the pin still holding until you get a yellow light that blinks, then let go and let it boot up. Then follow directions to add.

I have the same issue but I have the 828LM Internet Gateway. How to set timezone within the iPhone app?

Same issue, with model CIGBU.  Is the solution really a hard reset and re-pair devices?

DJ, our technical support team is currently working on the time zone component. For now, you can update your country to one outside US or Canada and it will allow you to change your time zone. We will announce as soon as we have this resolved. Thanks, Lauren

Can the customers be provided honest information on this issue? It has been reported about 3 months now. All we are told is that the technical support team is working on it. This can't be for 3 months. When do the software developers (assuming there are any) get to work on this? Thanks.

We have resolved the technical issue resulting in error code 000.  You will now be allowed to set the correct time zone, as well as enter and save your state of residence and phone number to your MyQ account. Your MyQ app will update automatically, allowing you to enter the correct info.
