I was able to successfully connect our smart garage hub to our wi-fi but when I put in the serial number in the app I get server error 000. I purchased this a number of months ago so returning may not be an option. What can I do about this?
I was contacted by customer support, but before I got back to them I tried on my own again last night to connect to my "hub" and this time the system functioned properly. Maybe just needed a little time!
