Security Issues, Excessive Data Use

Apologies:

I'm facing two (possibly related issues):
1)  My router shows MyQ uploaded 18GB of data in the last 30 days.  I'd question the routers reporting, but all other devices look accurate.

2) Further, my ISP contacted me about apparent malicious activity on my network.

Questions:
Is that data usage expected?
Are there any known security holes with the MyQ?  If so, how might one remedy?

Good morning,

I never received an email.  Can you have someone contact me, or alternately respond in this forum?

Mark, sorry about that. Do you mind taking a look in your junk or spam folders? In the meantime, I'll ask customer support to send another email. Lauren
