I’ve been trying since I bought the MyQ system to use the schedule feature to close my doors at night if I forget. Always the same error. From browsing here it seems I’m not the only one. Has anyone been able to troubleshoot this please?
If you are within your period to return I would advise doing that. Chamberlain turned it off in December 2016 and haven’t released a plan to re-enable that feature. There are several lengthy threads on the matter.
Return it. I was talking to them for 2 days via email. They told me to purchase a new unit that will allow the Scheduling feature....but I just spent $200 a few months ago on this one. I've been arguing with them and now they are just ignoring my emails.
