Schedule not showing up

I have a Samsung S10 and the schedule showed up until about 2 weeks ago. The lights still come one and turn off, but I am not able to adjust anything.  My phone says "You have no schedules set up on your account"  I click on on the add schedule and put everything in, but when I go back in, nothing shows up.  Please help

Chamberlain support center says it is a known issue and they don't know when it will be resolved.
They can't even delete my schedules at the support center. That is after I tried a dozen times with different schedules. Now I have a dozen different schedules to close my garage door and they nor I can delete them. My garage door now closes whenever the schedule triggers it and I don't know when that will be now.

I had a schedule set up to close the door at 9 p.m. just in case we forget. so last night we forgot and the schedule I was expecting to run did not run and the door was open all night. if I try to put the schedule back in it says it saved it but it never shows up.

I had the old myq hub that did not support schedules so I intentionally bought the latest version to get support for schedules just so I can have this feature and now it doesn't work.

What say you, Chamberlain?7 why wouldn't you send out some sort of a notification to anyone who has downloaded the app to warn us about this change in behavior?
