I have both the 'blue' MyQ Smart Garage & 'red' MyQ Garage & Access apps on iphone. BOTH still show "Low battery" when voltmeter tells me differently. iphone is NOT showing that any newer updates available.

A W, thanks for reaching out. Please replace the door sensor battery and wait 24 hours. We've seen the error clear after these steps have been followed.  Let me know if this does the trick. Thanks, Chuck

Negative. Fix did NOT work. removed battery for ~36h. Tested new CR2450 (3.13V) & replace w/ it. removed garage door opener from MyQ account. waited 1h. re-added garage door opener to account (door opened & closed via phone app, even with error message). BUT garage door shows up with same Low Battery indicator. Notifications to cell ph still doesn't work after replace w/ new battery.

Somehow (nothing changes on our end) the issue has been resolved, as recently as this past week. as of 2 weeks ago the issue was still showing up in both 'blue' & 'red' Chamberlin/Liftmaster apps. So is this the "new procedure" to avoid / fix this issue if/when it re-occurs on a battery replacement?

I had a low battery issue about a week ago with no in-app notification.

I did receive an email with the subject, Final Reminder: The Battery in your Door Sensor Needs to be Replaced.  Odd that this was the first and only low battery notification received and the link in the email brought me to an invalid web page.
