reset option?

So, for a while now, my main garage (1 of 2) has been erroring out for correct reporting. Telling me often that my door was left open when it was not.  Last night I finally had enough.  I attempted to 'reset' my devices and reconnect everything.  I was able get all items re-connected, opened and closed from the app a number of times, and left open for a while and it all reported correctly. 
However, this morning, both when my wife left for work, and when I left for work - I had no activity reports that the garage was opened and closed utilizing the actual door openers and not the app.  This was never a problem before.
How can this be resolved?  Is there a way to do a FW check on these?

Hi Michael - what kind of retrofit device are you using?  If you're using MyQ Garage, our tech team recommends replacing the battery in the door sensor. 

Let me know if this does the trick.
