Removing a user

How do I remove a user that has access via cell phone? Please assist at earliest opportunity! Thank you.

I have same issue.
Got divorced, ex-wife still has MyQ app on her phone.
I have changed the password via and although she cannot log in to the MyQ application, the application on her phone is STILL PUSHING NOTIFICATIONS to her of my garage door opening and closing!  So, she has been making my life miserable by leveraging knowledge of when I leave and come home!!!

THIS WOULD APPLY TO PRIOR OWNERS of a home too!!!  Imagine a PRIOR OWNER installed the MyQ and has the app on his phone.  The home is then foreclosed and the prior owner was kicked out and he is angry about it!  Now you buy the home and that prior owner, still having the MyQ app on his phone, can determine when you are not home.

Chamberlain, I can smell a potential lawsuit coming your way from someone... You do need to make it so that the changing of the password online at will then cause phones not having the proper password to no longer receive notifications of the garage door activity!!!!
