Question..... concern...... comment

Please have the courtesy to communicate. Inviting questions and comments but failing to acknowledge them is a poor way to do business. I bought the myQ with an additional purchase of a second sensor since I have two single doors. My one goal was to be able to reassure myself that in my haste or senility I didn't forget to close a door. That works! I'm grateful! However after trying to schedule an event / alert and receiving an error message, I like most googled the issue. You read the thread was disheartening to say the least. Especially since I just purchased replacement doors with two hd950wf door closers. While these new openers will negate the need for the myQ device ( I intended to share with my sister-in-law) i currently have, i want to know that the $500 plus additional dollars I'm spending will actually serve a purpose. So here's the deal, just acknowledge us out here Chamberlain. Let us know that you HEAR us and are willing to work with us. That's not really asking too much is it?
