Pulling my hair out: MyQ Hub & Home Bridge not working!

I have MyQ Hub and Home Bridge.  I followed the directions in the app and online meticulously and after 4 attempts, it's still not working.  I'm only using 2.4GHZ WiFi.  Note, before I added the Bridge, MyQ hub was working flawlessly

Here's the current status: 

Hub is showing Green and Blue lights (which I assume means connected to Home Bridge), the Home Bridge is showing solid green.  

I see both devices in MyQ and HomeKit, but for some reason it is only allowing me to open the garage.  When I hit close, it just spins like it's waiting.  

I've gone to Manage Places --> MyQ Places (MyQ Home Bridge) --> Devices --> Door Sensor Setup, but when I go there, it tells me there was a sensor error.  When I push the test button, the hub beeps. 

So, the sensor and the hub are working.  The Hub is opening the door, but not closing.  

I've spent 4 hours on this.

Thank you, I just got a response from them asking if it worked when I hit the button on the wall....
