Praise??? Not likely... Chamberlain has had the same dang problem occurring over and over since the beginning of this product, or so it seems. LOW BATTERY indicator came on and will NOT go away despite the fact that the battery has been replaced twice now. The app has been uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times now. Passwords reset? It should not be this hard for you at Chamberlain to actually FIX this KNOWN issue with a software patch. Or at the very least post the fix in a prominent area on your website for all of your VERY frustrated customers. PLEASE HELP by fixxing the issue! And NOT by having us fix the issue.
