This has to be the worst software and set up I have ever experienced. I have 3 new openers and spent at least 3 hours getting them to work. Following the directions didn't help. I finally got all 3 programmed and not one was done with the same the same procedure. It could have been the setting on my phone or router but it was anything but easy. There is no sense in trying to get help from technical support as once you reach someone they have no idea how to help. This entire product needs to redesigned to be user friendly. The poorest engineering I have seen in a long time.
