Police master code for wireless keypad?

The breakroom TV at work was tuned to Alaska State Troopers this morning. The troopers were trying to gain entry into a house because of a possible home invasion. It looked like the trooper entered a code on a keypad next to the garage door and the door opened.
I tried google and a search on this forum.
Is there a 'master' code that the police have?
If there is a master code that could fall into the wrong hands I will get rid of my wireless keypad.

More than likely the person in the home supplied the code to the 911 operator at some point.

I have used my phone a couple of times (in conjunction with my RING Doorbell) to open the garage door for paramedics when my mom had fallen and press her personal emergency button. I have never seen they try the keypad to open it themselves.
