I have tried to edit my account settings to be able to send me alerts but neither the Android app nor the web page will save the new phone number. I cannot get alerts without a phone number and it used to work???? Everything else works (remote open/close, status, etc).
Ed, delivering alerts is based on the device the MyQ app is logged in on and not the telephone number of your device. Is your device configured to accept notifications from the MyQ app? I'm sending an article that outlines how to enable alerts: https://goo.gl/i8iaPY Let me know if this helps. Chuck
