I got a new iPhone and the MyQ app asked for my login and password. It would not accept so I asked for a password reset via email per the app. Never received a response. I have tried a number of time to no avail . Please help.
you will need to know your OLD password to do a reset. open the app and click on the 3 lines at top left corner. it will bring you to a list. click on ACCOUNT then CHANGE PASSWORD. THAT SHOULD WORK FOR YOU BECAUSE I JUST DID IT MYSELF TODAY.
