One of my Chamberlain wall switches stopped responding to schedule

I have two wifi wall switches (two Chamberlain WSLCEV and one Liftmaster 823LM) on my Chamberlain Internet gateway @ home.  I installed the two WSLCEVs just over three years ago.

All three are on the same on/off schedule.  However, one of the WSLCEVs is having sporadic issues responding to the schedule.  For example, the other two turned off this AM, but that one didn't.  When I tried to do it with the app or online, it fails to respond.

The other day, NONE of them responded to the schedule.  The all stayed on.

That same day, my OTHER switch on my OTHER gateway at our cabin up north failed to respond and the lights stayed on.

At first, I thought it was just the scheduling piece on your end (server down), as ALL switches at BOTH physical locations did not turn off.  But this AM, only one of the three at the house didn't turn off - the other two did, as did the one up north.

Note that the switches DO respond when I press the actual wall switch (then seems to work OK for a day or two).

Thoughts?

Thanks.
Bob

A couple thoughts on the issue where the one is not turning off and the other two are.

1. Stager the schedule off time a minute apart on the three.

2. Check the antenna on the one that is not turning on reliably.  See if it's inside the electrical box and if so route it so some of it is outside the box but behind the wall.  It is possible that the one you added may cause the one that's not turning on to get a weak signal from the bridge unit as they all are on the same frequency.

I have all three switches @ the same location on one on/off schedule, so you want me to set up three separate schedules, one for each light switch?

Will check the one in the garage.  It's actually the furthest away from the gateway and I just added the 823LM a couple of weeks ago, so ...

Thanks for the suggestions. Will advise.

Yes or just setup an extra off schedule a minute after for the switch in question.

And a separate ON schedule as well ... :)

Separate schedules created.  It's only one day, but everything turned off this AM.  Will see as time goes on.  Thanks.
