Offline more often than not -- green light blinks

I've had the gateway for a while now ... and it's never worked correctly.

SOMETIMES it will work ... but more often than not it doesn't.  It reports that the gateway is offline.

The gateway itself is plugged in and is positioned less than 50 feet from the opener.  No significant obstructions (drywall walls only).

Sometimes both the blue & green lights will be on solid ... and it will work fine then.  But, more often than not, the blue light is on solid but the green light blinks.

I've tried working with a tech from Chamberlain in the past ... and they even replaced the gateway ... but that gateway exhibited the same behavior.  After a while they just stopped responding to my queries.

I'm not excluding an environmental issue ... interference from other devices, etc, but I would really like to figure out how to make this work consistently.

I have extensive experience with networking and have a LOT of devices connected to my network (servers, home automation devices, tablets, phones, tv, etc).

Any suggestions on how to approach diagnosing this?

Is there a way to get the gateway to generate log files so we can figure out what is going on?
