Offline for 52 days

My garage door openers work fine in the car and in the garage, but my Internet Chamberlain account has been offline for almost 2 months.  The suggested resets are useless and don't help at all; there is NO blue LED, EVER, and the website won't let me log in at all. Any suggestions? At this point, it's just an ordinary garage door opener. My iPhone can't talk to it.  It worked fine at first installation, for the record.  Now it's dead.

Sounds like the problem I had with mine. I called support. They walked me through the diagnostic tests and deturmined that the MyQ device on my garage wall was faulty. They shipped a replacement to me. I installed in in about 10 minutes now everything is working fine.

Im having the same issue, myQ hub keeps going offline daily.  I read another forum where other people were having the same issue.  I replied to an agent, but never got a response back.

When you get linked with the opener then go closer to your router that seem to work for me

I started having this problem since last 14 days. It just says "Garage door opener offline for 14 days". On clicking you can see the error "Your device is offline. Please check the power and your network connections (309)". This is really frustrating

We just bought two garage openers with WiFi and myQ. Initial set up was ok, I was able to see the doors online but a few days later, it just shows the door is offline and I tried to set it up again, but this time didn’t have any luck.

I have the opener with the MyQ built in and having the same issue. Opener works fine but app (on iPhone) shows offline. I have called tech support and they say the opener is showing online from their end. I’ve reset and rebooted and still not resolved. One rep said to email and he would continue to research but I got no reply. I’m ready to change to another company all together if I can’t get this resolved soon.

Same issue.  App shows both openers are offline but when I look at my router it shows both devices connected and with an IP address.  I've rebooted everything i can with no change so *shrug*

Cameron... try this: OFFLINE Issue Solved (For Me)... I have struggled for two days trying to figure out the inconsistency of my Chamberlain MyQ connection... I finally noticed that there were to yellow wires hanging down from the unit. In looking at the other door opener I have, I noticed that one of the wires (the shorter one) was tucked up behind the light cover. Once I replicated this, the problem seems to be solved. Try putting the short yellow wire (antenna) inside the cover and leave the longer yellow wire hanging down. It must have been creating interference. WHY do the consumers need to figure this out...???? Let me know if it worked for you? kingutah@gmail.com

We are dealing with the issue of "Offline" right now when everything on the unit shows it is working.

I have followed all of the steps for troubleshooting and no luck at all.

Quite frustrating when we have had the unit for less than 3 months.
