Elias, please make sure the alerts/notifications are enabled for the MyQ app in the phone settings, as well as that there are not issues with receiving emails to the email account.

If you go through these steps and continue to experience issues, please send me a note and we'll figure it out. Lauren

this feature has been working since summer and about a week ago i noticed that the alerts quir working.
1.  i went to your website and none of the entries had changed.
2.  i went to the alert section and used the test button
     a.  i got a noticed that the test failed
     b.  in the past the test would work
the failed message could be the issue for the failure
thanks

Hello, I haven't been getting "door open" alerts for a few weeks now. We've come to rely on these push notifications and have left the door open for hours as a result.

When I try to test alerts on the website, I'm getting the same message: "Sending Test Alert Message failed!"

Any suggestions?
