No "save" button to schedule alert

I'm on the "Edit Alert" page and there is no "save" button to save the time and day my alert should be active? I press the button to turn "green" but there is no save button after I make my changes. How do I save it?

I'm running into the exact same issue, no save button inside the alert feature or the add guest feature.
