No Garage Doors Found

I have installed Chamberlain Smart Garage Hub MYQ-G0301 and its working fine in the Chamberlain app and online.

I go into my Wink account and add a MYQ device, I log into my MYQ account with no issues but then I get a error that says "Your Chamberlain account was successfully connect to Wink but we did not detect any garage doors, open the app and add a garage door." Yet in the app I do have a door that's working just fine.

Hello, I tried that and that’s when I get the error message. It says it successfully connect to my account but does not find any garage doors

Has a fix been given? Just got my Smart Garage Opener today and the Wink to Chamberlin link is doing the exact samething as listed above.

I am also having the same problem. This seems wide spread. Please keep us all posted. I love the product but want to look for an alternative and not miss my Amazon return window if there isn't a chance of a fix.

Same problem here. Thought I was crazy until finally, I found this thread. Just got mine in today and can't connect to wink due to the same problem.

Hello Lauren! Yes these are the steps I have been using all along. I tried it again a few times just to make sure. It’s stating that it’s connecting to the account but it’s not finding any products. But the account has a product on it.

I bought MYQ-G0301 because the Amazon listing for this says it works with Wink.  Now I notice on the link posted above (https://goo.gl/YFzVu2) that only Chamberlain garage door openers are compatible at the moment?? Why doesn't the smart hub work anymore?

Brand new MyQ owner here. Asked for it as a gift from my wife for Christmas. As I've been setting it up I have run into disappointment after disappointment. In order to set up any sort of geofencing and make the thing actually SMART, you have to pay more money. More $ for an Apple HomeKit device. More $ for an IFTTT subscription. And now, the one free option -- Wink -- isn't even working. Such a frustrating introduction as a new customer.

When can MyQ owners expect a solution to this obviously pervasive bug?
