New Router, cannot add device

I have been using the MyQ Garage for about two years with no issues. I recently installed a new router and had to reconnect the MyQ. The controller connects with no problem, I get a solid green light. The issue is I cannot a the controller to my online account or the Android app. I go through all the steps, press the "learn" button on the opener and nothing happens. I just get a spinning wheel on the app and nothing else. I've tried resetting the controller numerous times. What do I do now?

I got a new router and tried to connect the device to the new router and I am having trouble getting this home hub to connect. There is no information any where. There is notes about deleting the device but those options are not available. I reset the Wifi and also factory reset the device and it is stuck on the link learn page with a spinning circle. Please advise

I as well am having the same problem.  Upgraded my network with new wireless router, so I have a new SSID name for my network.  Pressed the yellow button 3x's for the beep and the button is flashing blue.  I see available WiFi networks MyQ-XXX and connect to it.  Under the Mobile app/Device Management it shows Discovered Devices MyQ-XXX when I click on that and it goes to Wi-Fi Networks "Choose the Wi-Fi network for your Hub." it doesn't do anything.  I refresh it multiple times, but it won't bring up even my neighbors networks.  Please help.

Brandon, for issues with connecting your hub with Wi-Fi, we recommend starting with this guide: https://bit.ly/2q4oI6h. If you require additional assistance, let us know. Thanks, Chuck

This link is not helpful.  It just gives indications of the LED light and what they mean when on, flashing or off.  I already know what they mean and what they do.  My issue is with your equipment not finding my home network.
