New Chamberlain MyQ iOS app, schedule not working

Been looking forward to schedule options to close my door if I forget...updated my phone today, set up a schedule to close my door at 6pm tonight...door didn't close.  Phone is iPhone 6s with 10.1.1 OS.  Also tried an older iPad Mini with 9.3.5....same result.  It's hard to tell how it's supposed to work, but I don't think it's letting me select my opener when creating the schedule.

I'm sorry that you are having some issues getting your schedule set up. I've just upload some basic Q&A information (links below) that should provide some assistance. If your problem persists and the tips aren't working for your situation, I would encourage you to email our technical support.

Hope that helps!

HAHA. Is funny the you try to blame us for the fail in you product, I can read instructions fine and follow the instructions but the problem is that the app is no working as promised. I don't try to be nasty with you, I know the you only follow protocols and script. So please pass the word to the engineer department .

I assure you, it was not my intent to blame any of our users for an issue. I just wanted to provide a helpful resource in writing.

Did you attempt any of the solutions that were provided? If so, which specific part didn't work. It will give me more information to pass along to our teams so that we can work on a solution and update our Q&A appropriately.

Thanks!

I'm using www.mychamberlain.com to log into my account, is there a different site?  I don't see a place to create schedules once I'm logged in to the Dashboard...just My devices and places, history and alerts.

For the heck of it, I created new account and moved my device to the new account....I still don't see a "Schedule" option on the website.

Something else I noticed is I can not get the "Set My" to populate when trying to add my Garage door.  All I can do is check the box next to the device in the list, but it doesn't appear to select it.  I thought maybe that was how it was supposed to work, but I see some samples showing the Scheduling process does show the device under "Set my"...

MyQ team,

Ok, I have been having this same issue with the schedule as everyone else.  Let me just drop the bad news for you. The schedule feature does not work by design.  It probably had great intentions in the beginning.  I believe someone hard of hearing likely got bonked in the head by the dropping garage door because they forgot they had set it to close automatically.  Then complained to you about it.  I am reading between the lines here on the message your app now shows when trying the save the scheduled settings.  "This feature has been disabled for your Security".

My suggestion is that you throw out another quick update to remove this feature from the app so that it matches the available options on your website.  People will stop complaining about the option they cannot see or use.

Kudos

Hi, I'm also experiencing errors trying to set a schedule on the web and in the app. I'm trying to set a schedule and every time I attempt to 'save' it, it gives me an error message on both the website and app that reads: Save schedule failed. An error occurred.
