MyQ won't work under 20 degrees

The MyQ stops responding when it's below 20 degrees outside. I checked the battery using a battery test I found on your site at 22 degrees outside (likely 30 inside the garage?) and it passed up to 8 button depressions. Do you have any suggestions? It's only about 8 months old. Thank you!

I had similar issue and replacing battery in door sensor fixed it.  I did not find a battery tester to be helpful - especially on a coin cell battery, they can only be tested when a load is applied to the battery,
