MyQ Web Dashboard Missing Schedules for Garage Door Opener

I no longer see a schedule area on the MyQ web page dashboard. I can only access schedules using the MyQ app. I haven't had to access this feature for quite a while and only just noticed it. Were schedules removed from the MyQ dashboard?

I have a door opener and a light. All I had scheduled was the light to come on and off twice a day. Like 3 days ago, the light stopped coming on/off and I see the schedule all blank now. Trying to add does not add anything after clicking save.

I now see I tried adding schedule "tests" with push notifications...they are not visible int he app schedule, but now they are "triggering", but I can;t turn them off...what a pile of garbage. Whomever f-ed this up better get reamed for such a screw up....so now I have a bunch of notifications going off that I cannot turn off, unless I turn off notifications from the app, which then ruins the point of having the alerts setup....man, someone really bonered this!

I now see the schedules in the app, not sure if they are actually firing...but if I don't reply again, assume they are working. Thanks for getting this resolved and I hope it will not happen again. I'm considering ordering a few Wink timers just to avoid this situation with MyQ.

James - no problem. If this happens again, try deleting and then re-adding your schedule.   What is no cure any other questions.  Chuck

Scheduling was also removed from the Liftmaster web site several months ago and has yet to return. They posted the same reply there when I asked.  It has yet to return there, so don't hold you breath.

How does one get rid of the schedules that presently exist (or modify them)? I have a driveway light that is continuing to toggle, yet I cannot see the schedules. I am also able to create new schedules that I cannot see once saved (like the two "test"  and "Driveway Lights" schedules).

I have two garage doors and two driveway light switches on my system. One light switch was on a schedule, which appears to persist, but is un-editable/viewable.
I can click "add schedule" and create a new event for any of the items on my account. Once I click "save", though, I get pushed back to the Schedules screen below with no ability to view/edit/delete schedules. Same goes for web-based access. Screenshots below are from the android app.

Please advise.

Ruben - what kind of garage door opener or connected device are you using?   Chuck

I'm not understanding the significance of your question -- "schedules" used to be available, now it isn't. I changed nothing on my side, yet it is not available for viewing on the app or the www.mychamberlain.com account page.
In the event it helps, the switches are Liftmaster 823LMs which were installed in Aug 2016. The garage door openers are also Liftmaster and have been on the app since Aug 2016. They were installed prior to the switches, but went active at a similar time with app control.

Schedules are working tonight, but only on the app. All the test conditions were present. I was able to delete them and adjust the schedule events I wanted to. Thanks Chuck!
Still need some work on the mychamberlain.com website because there are no schedules present in that interface. Things still look like the above attachment. No schedules,,,

ok so its not just me... same deal.  No schedule (add/edit) on the webpage.  The events  I created months ago are NOT showing up on the app, but are still triggering. However I can't stop them from triggering.

I have a midnight trigger to close the door if I happen to leave it open... it is firing but I can't see it on the app.

Hope this gets fixed!

I purchased a Chamberlain PD612EV Garage Door Opener, Internet Gateway and 3 MyQ light switches for the sole purpose using the schedule feature. I am now realizing that I probably made a mistake after reading through this forum.

I finished installing everything today and I am able to set a schedule on the app but lights won't turn on or off. I get a notification and it says it "was triggered" but no action.

Everything to this point was going great but without the ability to set a schedule, this really is a broken system. I hope this get resolved.

Chuck, thanks for following up. Overall the scheduling has been working but there have been various instances where the schedules are not triggered. Sometimes it will work the next day and sometimes it will take days and days of me manually having to turn the switches on and off.

It's frustrating and concerning to keep having these hiccups.

I'm frustrated because I can't trust that the schedules will be triggered so everyday I have to check the app or look and make sure that the lights either turned on or off when they were supposed to which defeats the purpose having an automated system.

I'm concerned because from my short experience with your company and products, I feel like one of these days the scheduling will just cease to function, that you will move on from this product, and that I will be stuck with these useless switches and myQ bridge.

I notice that others have the same issues at the same time which leads me to believe that this is an issue on your servers somehow.

...and of course scheduler stopped working again today....schedule is visible, but not working. Last event that worked was at 12:01am this AM. Looks like it's "time" for me to find a product that works. Great development team you have....or do you outsource your development?

Chuck,
I experienced a glitch with schedules this morning, too. Nothing turned off early this am as it should have. Did something happen on the Chamberlain side? Schedules are visible, manual operation is fine...

Thanks,
Ruben

This is the 2nd time in a month, this is poor QA, probably because they have none. Past replies to re-enter the schedule to "fix", that's BS. Stick with the product if you want, I'm moving to something that is specifically for lights, not lights as a "side piece"...

Hey James, I am in exactly the same boat as you. I think the schedules fail for everyone at the same time. Super annoying to invest in a system that doesn't do what its supposed to.
