MyQ stopped working. Cannot reprogram.

My cell phone stopped receiving alerts for no apparent reason. The WiFi signal in the garage is fine. When I start the WiFi Setup on the Smart Control Panel, I do not get a "beep" from the Model 8550WL opener as the instructions say I should.  I cannot find any help on what to do when this happens. I am seeing a solid green LED on the opener, and the MyQ app was working fine until last week. I am not seeing a blue LED, although I am not sure where that is because the instructions are unclear.  The remotes are all working fine, it is only the MyQ app that is not working. I've checked Chamberlain/LiftMaster troubleshooting instructions in several locations, but can find no help for my problem.

same problem today, was working fine yesterday and now the app say's it's offline. I've checked my router and I can ping the garage opener from other computer, and internet work (else I wouldn't be here!). My home automation software is also unable to open/close the door. My remote all work though.

That's one of the many reason why I would like to be able to send on/off command directly to my garage opener from my home automation server and not go though a web api that stop working for now reason, and add a security issue and a layer of complexification for nothing. I'm actively looking to sell this opener for another one from the competition which allow this, and for free... and it does exist, a lot...

I seem to have the same problem - I have a Craftsman and everything seems to work fine through a browser but the phone app does not connect to the server.

My App stopped working after updating to the new one.  I've re-set everything successfully paired the device. The app shows the door opening when selected and it beeps when I select close but nothing happens in either situation.
