MyQ Smart Garage Hub - Terrible Product, Too many issues

I've had it with this product. I got the newest MyQ SGH (MYQ-G0301-D) with two sensors and the HomeKit device. This is the only smart device in my house that has given me constant trouble. Not a week goes by without me resetting it, moving the Hub around etc. 

The Chamberlain support is awesome, I have several posts on this forum and support has resolved my issues, but they keep reoccurring.

Initially I thought it was the HomeKit device, so I stopped using it. But now, it gives me various errors like 'Too many close attempts', 'Battery low' in spite of me trying 3 new batteries, 'Open' and 'Close' notifications even though the garage is closed. I've actually installed a camera in my garage to validate these alerts.

I'll probably trash this device this weekend and install something that actually works and makes my life easy.

I know several users on this forum share this same sentiment.

I feel your pain. I would ask how many routers do you have? The reason is that since I set my three routers up correctly, my setup has be rock solid. I have the MyQ homebridge for two garage openers, three light switches and a gate. Plus, I have a lock and over twenty devices.

If you have more than one router, then you must watch the video on youtube on how to set them up. It is the one that is thirty minutes long. He has another one that is for three or more routers and same length of time. I spent the one hour watching. Followed what he said and wow, everything lock in and has been that way ever since. This person saved my life.
