Myq schedule not working for brand new switch

I just bought and installed the lift master 823lm remote switch. It works great if I manually turn the lights on and off or manually via the app, however does not work with the schedule I created.

The history shows that the schedule triggered in the evening, but the lights remained off. I had to manually turn them on. Then again in the morning the history showed that the schedule triggered to turn them off, but they were still on when I woke up.

This is the main reason I bought this switch. Please resolve this issue.

Am also experiencing the same issue.  I connect via the Chamberlain Internet Gateway, and have not purchased a Home Bridge yet.  I have been using the "MyQ Garage and Access Control" app on my iPhone X successfully for my light schedules and controlling my garage door for over a year.  This MyQ app was recently updated on the App Store, which *might* correspond to when it stopped working.  I was using iOS 11.4.1 when it stopped working, and upgraded to iOS 12.1 yesterday.  The lights still don't turn on and off as scheduled, even though I get notifications on my iPhone that they have been triggered.  I also deleted then re-entered one of the schedules -- and also power-cycled my iPhone -- but with no success.

Questions for Chamberlain's app support team:
a.  Has support for schedules been dropped from the latest release of the "MyQ Garage and Access Control" app?
b.  Should I use the newer "MyQ Smart Garage Control" app?  I do not plan on using Apple's HomeKit app.
c.  Will the newer "MyQ Smart Garage Control" app work with my older Internet Gateway?  I don't want to purchase a Home Bridge unless absolutely necessary.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.  Thx!

No this is typical of Chamberlain, POOR TESTING AND QA!  This is not just you it's everyone.  The LOG shows events triggered but the devices themselves are not triggering and this started happening with their "shiny new" update. I went so far as to:
1. Delete all devices
2. Delete all schedules
3. Delete Internet Bridge
4. Deleted apps on iPhone and iPad
5. Reinstalled app
6. Reinstalled Internet Bridge
7. Reinstalled devices
8. Setup all schedules
9. Tested = FAILED

There are TWO apps in the app store, one red (LiftMaster) and one blue (Chamberlain).  Hey Chamberlain Group, how about pick ONE and go with it? Oh and how about improving your QA process to not let something as major as this slip through???

I have a PILCEV-P1 outlet that  in the last couple of weeks, would randomly not turn off without manual intervention via the app.

Well, I don't know ow if someone tripped over the cord in the IT department or what... But for some reason, this afternoon my light switch was missing from my myq account. I resync'd it and now it works with schedules. Looks like the engineer plugged the network cable back in or something....

Quick update Nov 4th:  light switch schedules now appear to be working again.  Suspect software developer at Chamberlain/LiftMaster missed a setting when new version of app was released.  Note that the change was in Chamberlain's IT infrastructure, and not to the app or my phone.

Got rid of mine anyway. Was tired of it not being able to turn on at sunset and having to adjust the time every couple weeks. That and...oh get this...no IFTTT or Alexa control. Oh my....

Has anyone installed the update for "My Garage and Access Control" app for the iPhone released yesterday?  I am reluctant to install it, as they may have "fixed" something that started working several days ago.
