The history shows that the schedule triggered in the evening, but the lights remained off. I had to manually turn them on. Then again in the morning the history showed that the schedule triggered to turn them off, but they were still on when I woke up.
This is the main reason I bought this switch. Please resolve this issue.
Questions for Chamberlain's app support team:
a. Has support for schedules been dropped from the latest release of the "MyQ Garage and Access Control" app?
b. Should I use the newer "MyQ Smart Garage Control" app? I do not plan on using Apple's HomeKit app.
c. Will the newer "MyQ Smart Garage Control" app work with my older Internet Gateway? I don't want to purchase a Home Bridge unless absolutely necessary.

I have the same issue with my 823LM the schedule was working fine until about 5 days ago and then nothing .It shows that they event was triggered but light did not go on or off at the set times but i can turn the light on and off from my android phone .Hoping you can resolve this for everyone
