You announced at CES that Multi User support would be available in Early 2017, we only 3 months left this year, when might it become available?

Jim, multiple user functionality is still in development. We'll post an update on the MyQ Community as soon as this feature becomes available. Lauren

When do you think this would be available, its ridiculous that my wife cant get the same email alerts that I do about OUR garage door...we just want to be able to send alerts to two email addresses.

In the meantime, have you considered sharing your MyQ credentials with your wife? That way she'll receive the same alerts you do. Lauren

Looks like this was promised in early 2017.  It is now early 2018.  It seriously can't take a year to develop adding additional email accounts.  This something a entry level programmer could do.

Even calling it early 2018 is generous. We're quickly heading into Q2. Wonder if Chamberlain fired all of their "software developers" as a cost cutting measure? Based on HomeKit and multi-user functionality, add at least a year and a half to the actual launch date from when the feature is announced.
