MyQ Login Issue

I have changed my password several times, and un-installed/re-installed the app but it continues to give me an error 203.  I went to the website and once I change the password I get the same issue when logging on via a browser.   The only time I can get logged in is resetting my password and then it will only log in the one time.  Any ideas?   This all worked fine until I got a new phone and had to try and log in.

Has anyone gotten this issue resolved.  I have only been dealing with it for about a week now.  The login module for this product must be corrupted in some way.

I am unable to update my account. Need to change time zone from Chicago to Detroit but the system defaults back to chicago,,,,,and I don't want that.(the system defaulted to Chicago time zone even after I already had my eastern time zone zip code in my profile.  I cant even add additional info (street address) to my profile. All fields seem locked after initial account registry. Frustrating

We have resolved the technical issue resulting in error code 000.  You will now be allowed to set the correct time zone, as well as enter and save your state of residence and phone number to your MyQ account. Your MyQ app will update automatically, allowing you to enter the correct info.

I have two new chamberlain garage door openers with MyQ technology and have had absolutely no luck connecting to them. I’ve tried both apps and every process they suggest. Nothing has worked. Never have I heard the “beep” that’s tells me I’m connected. Tried several different times.
I’m guessing there’s a step I’m missing that is not in the directions.

Any resolution to this issue? I switched to a new phone two weeks ago, but I have been unable to log in to MyQ with the same 203 error.

I am now getting the 203 error. I can login on my PC with the reset password I am sent but not from my phone. Also, when I change the password it all stops working again.

I'm having the same issue. Error code 203. I can't login and no password reset is ever sent. Has a customer service agent ever responded...since I see this has been going on for over a year?

Received email from Tech Support.  Claims my email address may be invalid.  Nothing has changed from this morning other than this afternoon I cannot login.

I just purchased the product and am having the exact same problem.  I couldn't even get past the first step because I could not even log into the account I  JUST created because I keep getting Error 203.  VERY FRUSTRATING.

I have had two MyQ openers and have never been able to get the “beep” to login with WiFi. I’m guessing there is maybe another piece of equipment needed???

Hi Vince, you'll need to receive a new password. Both the MyQ app and our website have a "Forgot Password" option.  Please let me know if you've already tried this and you're still locked out.  Thanks, Chuck

I was able to successfully complete account set up by using the phone app and NOT the computer. Now I am able to use the gateway with my phone.

i cannot log in on my MyQ on my phone and keeps giving me error code even though i have re install apps. Hope you can help me resolve the issue???

Product worked great for the past 8 months.   Then the app was updated,  I was unable to log in with the new app.   Reset does not work, no email is received.   Unable to log in with the new app.

What was working good was broken with the update.
