MyQ keeps resetting to monitor only

Since the network maintenance on June 1st, my door has been locked into Monitor Only mode.  I've reset/reprogrammed it twice successfully, but it always defaults back to monitor only.

Nope, got some queries on model and state, but no notification of fixes or other troubleshooting techniques. Getting annoyed.

My issue was resolved today. I configured my door opener as a LiftMaster instead of a Chamberlain and the problem was immediately corrected.

Same problem for me. Has worked flawlessly since Dec 2014, but this problem started in June. I've re-installed everything and problem continues. No problem with WiFi connection because I get a steady green on the MyQ box's LED. Alerts when manually opened or closed just fine. Every time I reprogram the opener I get a success message but the iPhone app shows the system in "Monitor door only" mode. Have tried and re-tried this several times. It just keeps resetting to monitor-only mode.

One other interesting bit I discovered while rechecking . If I reprogram without hitting the button on the garage - it triggers almost immediately but only goes up 1/4 of the way. Still reports success, still reports monitor only.

I apologize that you are still having this issue. If you have not already done so, when you are choosing the type of opener you have in the app, choose LiftMaster instead of Chamberlain. If this doesn't work, I will need to escalate this issue for you. If it doesn't work, please email me at MyQCommunity@Chamberlain.com
