After using MyQ for 5 years, it all of a sudden stopped responding, and the app says no devices found. Do these go bad, meaning it is time to purchase a new one?

Hi Joe, Mine is even older so not sure about the age thing. The same thing happened to mine and it as a result of me changing my internet service and upgrading my router. All I had to do was reload the devise as if I were starting from scratch and load the new router password. It had been so long I YouTubed something like “how do I install my MyQ hub” . The directions were very easy and it only took about 15 min. Once I did that, everything came back to life. If you didn’t upgrade or get a new router I can only suggest hitting the reset button which will take it back to factory settings and then follow the same installation procedure. Good luck!

Thank you for responding.  I haven't upgraded anything.  However, I did the reset and try to reconnect to wifi and I get error code 309 - no internet. I unplugged the router, and still same error. I moved the little box right next to my router, and same error.

Any other thoughts?

Does your router have the Wi Fi Protected Setup “WPS” button? If it does you will have to make sure you press the button in order to pair any new device. Mine finally paired on the third try. Other than that, I’m not sure what your fix is.
