MyQ Internet Gateway not learning

Hi, I've had the MyQ Internet Gateway and a MyQ wall unit garage door opener programmed before. Over the weekend, my router lost internet connection and MyQ stopped working.

Were you able to get it working again once your internet connection was reestablished?

Hi Randi,
Unfortunately, not.
Here are the steps in attempt to add my garage door opener with MyQ Gateway:
1) The MyQ gateway has internet connection - green LED is on. 
2) I add the device via my iphone app, I see the orange LED comes on on MyQ Gateway. My app says Waiting for device.... 
3) I press the Learn button on the garage door remote (twice), the red LED above the Learn button stays on. 
4) apps continues to say Waiting for device... but the garage opener never successfully pairs with the MyQ Gateway

I'm not sure why the MyQ Gateway is having trouble pairing with the garage door opener. Everything was working perfectly before.

At this point, I'm open to other suggestions you have - if I need to delete my account, if you need to unregister MyQ gateway and I re-register it, etc.

Please let me know what I should try next.

Thank you for that information Chris, that helps a lot. Yes, please delete the Gateway off your account, then delete the account and recreate it, then re add the Gateway and try pairing the two again. If that does not correct the issue, please email me your username/email to MyQCommunity@Chamberlain.com so I can check on your account on my end.

Thanks Randi. I still was unable to add the device (times out). I sent an email to you... my username/email is the same as from the email acct I sent you email. Thanks!

Hello Randi,
I am having the exact same problem as the original poster.  
My gateway CIGBU/C was working with my LIftmaster garage door and WSLCEV remote light but the other day they just stopped communicating.  I hard reset the gateway, reset the controller, reset the WSLCEV.  I reinstalled the smartphone app and even tried pairing/learning from my computer.  
The gateway green led is always solid.  The yellow led comes on when trying to learn but the learning process just times out.  The blue led won't come on which tells me the gateway isn't learning any devices.  My garage controller is less that a year old and the WSLCEV was bought just this month.
I have contacted chamberlain tech support about this and they have tried to help, but since you have dealt with this exact issue in the past, mayble you can help with a definitive solution.

I got the same problem but here it's never worked, I'm from Belgium and I buy the Internet gateway on eBay from America

any update here? this site (http://chamberlain.custhelp.com/app/a...) says to "replace the logic board or MyQ Control Panel" - but the garage door opener is only about 1 year old..

For me, MyChamberlain replaced the unit in the garage door opener unit and everything was back to normal.
