Hi

I tried to
configure my MYQ Home Bridge that I just received and I failed after following the include instructions. When I connect the bridge with the blue led flashing, I open the MyQ chamberlain app on my Iphone and login and even if the green led turn on solid, when I press on the + icon I don’t see my Myq-nnn . Then I enter the serial number and nothing is happening.

On my Iphone wi-fi page I can see the Myq-nnn when the blue led is flashing.

I also tried the:  “How to start over if the MyQ Home Bridge setup failed” instructions on Liftmaster.com and then Nothing more happen.

What am I doing wrong ? please help

Thanks

Jack

I have a lifrmaster GDO 8500C with a 888lm. I have a 2.4 ghz wifi connection with at least 2  wi-fi bars on my iphone 6 IOS 11.2.1
