MyQ hasn't worked for months using Wink

MyQ says it's Wink'problem and Wink says it's a Chamberlain's issue. 4 months now the MyQ garage door opener has not been working using wink. When you tap the garage door icon on the Wink app it just stinks over and over but nothing happens. If I remove the garage door in the added back in to the Wink app it works for a day or two but then stops working again. I frequently get error messages on the MyQ app.

whenever I contact wink they tell me it's an issue with Chamberlain and then when I contact Chamberlain they tell me it's issue on Winks side. It seems like nobody knows who is at fault they've even told me that they're working on resolving the problem but this is been going on for months and months and I've seen other people posting and having the same problem. Both companies came to work together to resolve this issue because it is quite annoying
