I have 2 garage doors. One is called 'Single Garage Door', the other 'Double Garage Door'. Both control fine via the MyQ Hub which I have had for about 2 years. Just recently I linked Google Home with the MyQ app (still in the trial period for the subscription), but the only response I get from MyQ via Google Home is: "I couldnt find the status of the Single Garage Door. You have 2 doors: Single Garage Door and Double Garage Door. What would you like me to do?".
Whatever I try: the above is the answer I receive. Not getting a step further.
Just to clarify: I am an IT person and tech savvy. Using the Internet Gateway with Google Home.

Lauren, that is not the problem. Accounts have been linked. as evidenced by the fact that myQ knows I have 2 doors. See problem description above.

Arjan, there are three things you can say to Google Assistant:
- “Ok Google, ask MyQ if my garage door is open”
- “Ok Google, ask MyQ if my garage door is closed”
- “Ok Google, tell MyQ to close my garage door”
As long as you have an active subscription, Google Assistant should complete the three above tasks. Let me know if this does the trick.

HI Lauren,
Please read the problem statement above: with anything I try, including the 3 questions above, I am getting the response: " You have 2 doors: Single Garage Door and Double Garage Door. What would you like me to do?". See screenshot below (I tried directly with a Google Home as well: same result, of course): I tried your questions as well as using 'single garage door' instead of 'garage door'. Nothing works.
If I interpret your response, it simply means that 2 garage doors are not supported. Only a single door. Am I correct? I do have an active subscription, but feel free to check my queries, as well as my account, based on my e-mail address.
Thanks
Alexander

Arjan, when asking Google, are you using the door name as its registered in your account? Each door need its own name. If that doesn't do the trick, I'll have a customer support agent contact you. Lauren

Yes, as you can see in the screenshot: MyQ knows I have 2 doors: one called 'Single Garage Door', the other called 'Double Garage Door'. Not sure how to let Google know that I 2 different doors?

Hi Lauren,
I have still not been contacted. The problem still exists.
Any chance you can provide me with a phone number and a name to call?
Thanks
