MyQ Garage has shut me out

Came home today and after working fine in the week I've had it, my MyQ Garage door opener now gives me error code 309...the hub is offline. I have a detached garage, basically a brick box with only one way in, the garage door...which now will not open. I have verified my internet connection is working. I have cycled my router. I have also cycled power to the garage which, I assume, would reboot the hub. No luck. I am at a loss as to how to proceed.

This happens to me at least a couple times a week. Very irritating. I had an extra WeMo and plugged the MyQ into it, so when this happens I turn the WeMo off/on and in turn power cycle the MyQ hub without having to get out of my car and get into my garage.

When you cycle the power on the hub, how long does it take to reconnect?  I ask because I cycled the breaker to the garage and waited about ten minutes and still got the 309 error.  But about 30 minutes later, it worked fine.  I don't know if the power cycle resolved things, or if it just happened to reconnect...

Usually takes less than a minute to reconnect. If it takes longer or if it doesn't reconnect it's typically a Chamberlain issue.
